Booking Information
- 30% deposit required at time of booking. Visa, MasterCard, Debit or personal cheque accepted.
- Cancellation Policy – June 1- September 30 and holiday seasons - Deposit refunded less $50 administration fee with 30 days advance notice. All other reservation dates – 3 days notice required in order to refund deposit less $50 administration fee. Your reservation is your commitment and you will be charged for the nights originally reserved or the nights occupied – whichever is greater.
- Children welcome. (We have two children)
- Sorry no pets. Resident dogs (very friendly and outdoors...tend to beg when you are BBQing...please ignore)
- Smoking permitted outside only
- Check in time is 4pm or later and Check out time is 11am unless otherwise pre-arranged
